The heated bathroom floors were a delightful surprise, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.
The self check-in process was a bit cumbersome, as the tablet malfunctioned, causing unnecessary delays.

unique heated bathroom floors, newly renovated rooms, scenic outdoor attractions
Self check-in via tablet is frustrating at times!!! The long walk from the train station is inconvenient for those with heavy luggage!!! A bit more attention to maintenance issues would really enhance the experience!!!

Unique heated bathroom floors elevate the comfort level.
The self check-in was a nightmare. the tablet malfunctioned, making my arrival stressful. I ended up relying on a staff member to give me my room key, which is not what I expect from a 'modern' hotel experience. Not only that, but I couldn't retrieve my invoice when checking out, adding more frustration to my stay.

i tried to check in, but the self-check in via tablet was a disaster, how modern! also, the shower design is horrendous. water leaks everywhere. i was hoping for some complimentary gesture, clearly that's too much to ask. i almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t, really disappointed with the unprofessional service.

This was just an optimal selection for a relaxing holiday in Sankt Niklaus with definitely value for money. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us at the restaurant, even when it was busy, allowing us to enjoy some fantastic local dishes. I had a single room and it was super clean and modern! The heated bathroom floor was such a nice touch in the chilly weather. Plus, the Nespresso machine was awesome for morning coffee. Definitely loved the comfy bed and that I had a view from the balcony. Just wish the self-check-in was smoother, it took longer than expected.

would not hesitate to return there.
The newly renovated Double or Twin Room was a gem! It had a lovely balcony with a view, comfy bed, and a modern shower. Spa facilities were an enormous plus! Enjoyed the flat-screen TV, heated bathroom floor, and quality body soap. Breakfast was good enough to start the day right. Overall, very cozy!

great rooms but limited accessibility
The rooms are very clean and spacious, which made our stay quite comfortable. The available facilities are great and really enhance the experience. Breakfast was decent, though it could use some variety. Additionally, I appreciated the consistent train schedules that made visiting Zermatt quite convenient.
However, the lack of elevators made carrying our bags challenging.
